How much are the tickets?
The prices are £11 for exhibitor entry, £16 for visitor entry and £7 for children. The price of the ticket includes both the event and access to the British Motor Museum.
Does my ticket include museum entry?
Yes – it does! In fact, the tickets for this event are cheaper than a standard entry ticket on a non-event day.
Can I bring the family?
Absolutely! Our team pride themselves on creating safe and fun family events to ensure the love of our cars goes well beyond the next generation.
How do I book to exhibit my car?
All details will be posted once the ticket sales link goes live, but any queries about exhibiting can be directed to hello@fiatsandfriends.co.uk
Is my car suitable to exhibit at this event?
Yes – absolutely! This event, although a celebration of 125 years of Fiat, is also a celebration of Italian motoring. Whether you’re running a patina’d 500 with patchy paintwork or a roaring supercar with every extra on offer, you’re equally as welcome at this friendly, inclusive event.
There is also no age barrier or specification for ‘standard/stock’ – so modified modern vehicles are encouraged to join us for this special one-day event.
I want to get my club involved, who do I speak to?
Please email hello@fiatsandfriends.co.uk by 20th July 2024 to secure your club space. Please email us details of your club and how many spaces you’d like. Please note: this is on a first come, first served basis and we’d urge all interested clubs to email us as swiftly as possible to avoid missing out.
I am in a non-Italian car – can I show off my pride and joy?
Crucially unlike other Italian events held elsewhere, Fiats and Friends will welcome all car owners and will have a display area for ‘friends’ which will consist of non-Italian vehicles; ensuring the event has plenty on display for all attendees to admire.
Booking details for non-Italian exhibitors will become available once tickets go on sale.
I am a trader – can I book a space?
Yes, please email hello@fiatsandfriends.co.uk to be considered. Please note, all traders will need their own public liability insurance.
Is the event fully accessible for those in a wheelchair or with a pushchair?
Yes – the museum prides itself on the accessibility and the car parks are flat – which makes navigating this event very easy.
Are dogs welcome at this event?
Dogs, on leads, are welcome in all outdoor areas. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the museum including the indoor displays.
Is there a café or restaurant onsite?
Yes there is. There is a café inside the museum which serves all manner of delicious hot and cold food including vegan and gluten-free options. There will also be outside caterers for those looking for a ‘grab and go’ option.
I have a press enquiry, who do I speak to?
All press and media enquiries must be sent to hello@fiatsandfriends.co.uk
